Tierpoint (Philadelphia) Maintenance resulted in power outage and cycling (6/21/2015)

During planned PDU maintenance and EPO integration,  we have experienced an unplanned disruption of power to some power circuits.  Power has been restored and we will follow up with an RCA.

**

REASON: SCHEDULED PDU AND EPO INTEGRATION, UNPLANNED DISRUPTION OF POWER, CAUSE IS TO BE DETERMINED

CUSTOMER IMPACT: POSSIBLE LOSS OF POWER DURING REFERENCED WINDOW,  POWER HAS NOW BEEN RESTORED

**

    We believe that all of Access Hosting's services have been restored after this outage. If you have any issues, please open a support ticket so that we may address it ASAP. The stability of our network is of the utmost importance to us and we will be following up with our data center to be reimbursed for their failure.

    SharePoint Foundation (sharepoint99.com) customers are still affected by a lingering DC error from this power lose. We are working on it now and should have it fixed shortly.

    SharePoint Foundation customers on Sharepoint99.com should be reconnected to the SQL server and should be able to connect to their sharepoint site.
